Can you guarantee I’ll get my security deposit back?
No. We can complete the agreed cleaning tasks, but we do not control the landlord’s inspection or deposit decision.
Send any cleaning checklist before the estimate so we can review the requested work. Cleaning should not be treated as a guarantee of a deposit refund or a particular inspection outcome.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
Discuss access arrangements with us when scheduling, including how the team will enter, how the property will be secured afterward and how you would like to handle any final review.
